Responsibilities

  • Maintain member locations (rostering, announcing, and removing)
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation and execution of basic member agreements
  • Facilitate documentation flow between Sales and Legal
  • Maintain member data in Salesforce
  • Facilitate member onboarding and maintenance through tools like the member portal, CRM, and internal CoreTrust systems
  • Prepare drafts and executable versions of amendments to member agreements
  • Process new member additions and category selections
  • Maintain member participating facility location lists
  • Provide member-requested activity reporting
  • Complete ad hoc and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience in corporate environment
  • 1+ year(s) of work experience in a corporate environment preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work on a team, as well as independently
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong orientation toward details and processes
  • Ability to take instruction and direction
