The FUTURO Fast Track Program is an eight-week seminar series focused on preparing students for the college-to-career transition. Now in its sixth year, the program gained recognition and is sponsored by
Truist Bank and Asurion. During the program, participants commit tointensive work preparing for an internship, job search, applicationprocess, interviews, and personal/career success.
Key areas of the program are professional planning, leadership development, financial literacy, and support in finding internships andcareer mentors.

● Goal Setting
● Marketing your Personal Brand and Degree
● Work-Life Balance
● Professional Development and Continuing Education
● Financial Security/Planning
● Establishing Mentorship
● Internships
● Capitalizing on Diversity, ERG's, & other Networking Tools
● Job Interview and Negotiating your Salary
Students develop a greater understanding of entering the workforce with the support of weekly guest speakers, guided exercises, and thoughtfuldiscussion.
At the conclusion of the eight weeks, students are paired with a professional mentor. Mentors are encouraged to discuss personalroadmaps to success including establishing a professional social media,guidance on work-life balance, and provide practical recommendations for career-specific areas such as continuing education. Mentors create anatmosphere where leadership and service provide great value to theprogram and FUTURO mentees.
Upon completion of the program, students will have established a more in-depth and active role in their career planning and understanding ofhow to navigate the next phase of their FUTURO.
